Common use of Business Days; Deadlines Clause in Contracts

Business Days; Deadlines. As used in this Agreement and any document executed by any party hereto to another party hereto at the Closing, the term “business days” means all days of the year except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays recognized by the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. If a deadline provided in this Agreement or any document executed by any party hereto to another party hereto at the Closing falls on a day other than a business day, such deadline shall be extended until the first business day thereafter.
