Business Hours. The term business hours in this Lease shall mean the hours from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday throughout the year, except for New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and any other federally-observed holiday which may be created during the Term (“Holidays”).
