Common use of Business Interruptions Clause in Contracts

Within five years prior to the date hereof, neither the business, property or assets, or operations of Borrower has been adversely affected in any way by any casualty, strike, lockout, combination of workers, or order of the United States of America or other Governmental Authority, directed against Borrower. There are no pending or threatened labor disputes, strikes, lockouts, or similar occurrences or grievances against Borrower or its business.
