Business License. Prior to commencement of work, Consultant shall obtain a business license from City.
Business License. In the event a local business license is required for us to perform services hereunder, you will promptly notify us and provide us with the necessary paperwork and/or contact information so that we may timely obtain such license.

Business License. Consultant will obtain and maintain a City of Redwood City Business License for the term of the Agreement, as may be amended from time-to-time.
Business License. The Contractor shall obtain a City of Portland business license as required by PCC 7.02 prior to beginning work under this Agreement. The Contractor shall provide a business license number in the space provided on page one of this Agreement. Additionally, the Contractor shall pay all fees or taxes due under the Business License Law and the Multnomah County Business Income Tax (MCC Chapter 12) during the full term of this contract. Failure to be in compliance may result in payments due under this contract to be withheld to satisfy amount due under the Business License Law and the Multnomah County Business Income Tax Law.
Business License. Consultant shall obtain and maintain in force a City business license for the duration of this Agreement.

Consultant, and its subcontractors, has obtained or agrees to apply prior to performing any services under this Agreement to City’s Finance Department for a business license, pay the applicable business license tax and maintain said business license during the term of this Agreement. The failure to obtain such license shall be a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for termination by City. No payments shall be made to Consultant until such business license(s) has been obtained.
