Business Management. Process Management: Development and implementation of standard methodologies and automated process management systems, to facilitate agencies’ requirements for managing and monitoring activities surrounding their core business operations (e.g., change management, configuration management, requirements management, program/project management, governance/policy management, quality management, risk management). Organizational Management: Collaboration and communication activities (e.g., workgroup/groupware, network management).
Business Management. Business Associate may use and disclose PHI for the proper management and administration of the Business Associate or to carry out the legal responsibilities of Business Associate. Business Associate may provide data aggregation services relating to the Health Care Operations of TennCare, or as required by law. Business Associate is expressly prohibited from using or disclosing PHI other than as permitted by this Agreement, any associated Service Agreements, or as otherwise permitted or required by law, and is prohibited from uses or disclosures of PHI that would not be permitted if done by the Covered Entity.
Business Management. 6. The Venture will be directed, controlled and managed by a management committee (the "Management Committee"). Within the limits of the Purpose of the Venture and the terms of this Agreement, the Management Committee will have full authority to bind the Members in all matters relating to the direction, control and management of the Venture. Authority to bind the Venture in contract or in any third party business relation lies exclusively with Management Committee, or its delegate.

The Managers shall, acting in their sole discretion, direct, manage, and control the business of the Company to the best of their ability and shall have full and complete authority, power and discretion to make any and all decisions and to do any and all things which they shall deem to be necessary, appropriate, or convenient to accomplish the business and objectives of the Company.

You agree and acknowledge that: (i) we will have no responsibility for the day-to-day operations of any Restaurant developed under this Agreement or the management of your business; and (ii) you shall independently control the operation of your business and the results of your operations will depend almost exclusively on your business acumen and promotional and managerial efforts.

The supervision and control of all operations and the direction of all working forces, including the right to hire, to suspend or discharge for proper cause, to transfer employees, to relieve employees from duty because of lack of work and for other legitimate reasons, is vested exclusively in the Company.
Business Management. 1. The managers must manage the company’s business carefully and conscientiously according to the stipulations of the law and the partnership agreement. They must respect instructions given as per the partners’ resolutions.
Business Management. Article 8.1 The Parties shall appoint the key Management of the Joint Venture, which shall be responsible for the daily management of the Joint Venture. The key Management will consist of a General Manager chosen by Party A and a Deputy General Manager chosen by Party B. The term of office of the General Manager and Deputy General Manager shall be one year, renewable at the discretion of the respective Parties.
