BUSINESS REINSURED. This Contract applies to policies of insurance classified by the Reassured as Healthcare Facility Primary Professional Liability, Healthcare Facility Primary General Liability, including Employee Benefits and other ancillary liability coverages, Physician Group Primary Professional Liability, Physician Group Primary General Liability, and other ancillary liability coverages, Follow Form Excess Liability and Umbrella Liability as original.
BUSINESS REINSURED. This Agreement covers in force, new and renewal business classified by the Company as Workers Compensation and/or Employers Liability and identified as Traditional Business, Captive/Rent-a-Captive Business, Retrospective Rating Plan Business and Large Deductible Business, subject to the Exclusions set out in Article 3 below.
BUSINESS REINSURED. By this Contract the Reinsurer agrees to reinsure the Ultimate Net Loss which has accrued to the Company on losses occurring on or before the effective date of this Contract under its policies, contracts and binders of insurance or reinsurance (hereinafter called "policies") issued or renewed prior to the effective date hereof and classified by the Company as Property and Casualty and Commercial Auto, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations hereinafter set forth.
BUSINESS REINSURED. This Agreement shall cover those Riders listed on the seriatim data file as of June 30,2008 provided by the Ceding Company on July 2,2008 which contains 24,094 records with an aggregate Contract Value of $2,542,343,384 (the "Business Reinsured").
BUSINESS REINSURED. This Contract applies to policies of insurance classified by the Reassured as Directors' & Officers' Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Managed Care Organizations Errors and Omissions Liability, Insurance Agents Errors and Omissions Liability, Lawyers Professional Liability (subject to Exclusion 8 herein) and Miscellaneous Professional Liability.
BUSINESS REINSURED. 3.1 The Reinsurer hereby reinsures the Company for a one hundred percent (100%) quota share in respect of all liability, including, but not limited to, losses and loss adjustment expenses, under Policies issued or renewed on or after the effective date hereon on behalf of the Company by the Managing General Agent or its designated representative as classified by the Company in the attached Schedule of Business.
