Business Relationship. The relationship between a landlord and tenant is a business relationship. A courteous and businesslike attitude is required from both parties. We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone who is verbally abusive, swears, is disrespectful, makes threats, is under the influence, is argumentative, or in general displays an attitude at the time of the unit showing and application process that causes management to believe we would not have a positive business relationship.

Business Relationship. Each Party shall be solely liable for the payment of all wages, taxes, and other costs related to the employment by such Party of Persons who perform this Agreement, including all federal, provincial, and local income, social insurance, health, payroll and employment taxes and statutorily-mandated workers’ compensation coverage. None of the Persons employed by either Party shall be considered employees of the other Party for any purpose. Nothing in this Agreement shall create or be deemed to create a relationship of partners, joint venturers, fiduciary, principal and agent or any other relationship between the Parties.

Business Relationship. The relationship between DiaSys and the Distributor created by this Agreement is that of vendor-vendee exclusively.
