BUYER SYSTEMS AND RETAINED PROCESSES. No Adverse Effect. Seller will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that: (1) in providing the Services, it does not by any act or omission adversely affect or alter the operation, functionality, or technical environment of the Buyer Systems or the processes of Buyer or any Buyer service seller that are related to the Services described under an applicable Contract (the “Retained Processes”); and (2) the systems and processes used to provide the Services interface and integrate with the Buyer Systems and Retained Processes.
