Buyer’s Environmental Reports. Buyer may, at its sole cost and expense, hire qualified environmental consultants reasonably acceptable to Seller to make environmental assessments of the Assets. Buyer’s Environmental Reports. Promptly after Buyer's receipt thereof, Buyer shall deliver to the Company copies of all environmental reports prepared for Buyer with respect to the Owned Real Property or the Leased Real Property, as listed in Section 4.20 of the Company Disclosure Letter.
