By Employee Without Good Reason. Employee may terminate this Agreement at any time without Good Reason. Upon termination of his employment pursuant to this Subsection 6.1(e), the Company will pay any portion of Employee's salary at the then current rate and benefits, if any, accrued but unpaid from the last monthly payment date to the date of termination. Employee shall also be paid expense reimbursements under Section 2.2 hereof for expenses incurred in the performance of his duties hereunder prior to termination.
