Common use of By Landlord Clause in Contracts

By Landlord. Landlord hereby indemnifies and agrees to defend, save and hold Tenant harmless from and against any and all Claims for injury or death to persons or damage to property occurring within or about the Common Area caused by Landlord’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, except to the extent caused by the willful misconduct or negligence of Tenant.

By Landlord. Landlord hereby indemnifies and agrees to defendshall indemnify, save defend and hold Tenant harmless for, from and against any all claims, obligations, liabilities, costs, expenses and all Claims for injury reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs which Tenant may suffer or death to persons incur by reason of Landlord’s breach of this Lease, or damage to property occurring within by reason of the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or its employees, agents, invitees or licensees on or about the Common Area caused by Landlord’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, except to the extent caused by the willful misconduct or negligence of TenantPremises.

By Landlord. Landlord hereby indemnifies and agrees to defend, save save, and hold Tenant harmless from and against any and all Claims for injury or death to persons or damage to property occurring within or about the Common Area caused by Landlord’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, except Project to the extent caused by the willful misconduct or gross negligence of TenantLandlord or its employees.

By Landlord. Landlord hereby indemnifies and agrees to defend, save shall indemnify and hold Tenant harmless from and against any and all Claims damages, claims or demands or causes of action for injury or death to persons or damage to property occurring within resulting from or about arising out of the Common Area caused by negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord, its agents or employees or out of Landlord’s willful misconduct or gross negligencefailure to repair the Improvements as required by Section 11(b), except to the extent caused by the willful misconduct or negligence of Tenantas provided in Section 10(a).
