By Mutual Consent. Interconnection Service may be terminated as of the date on which the Interconnection Parties mutually agree to terminate the Interconnection Service Agreement.
By Mutual Consent. The Executive’s employment pursuant to this Agreement may be terminated at any time by the mutual written agreement of the Company and the Executive.
By Mutual Consent. This Agreement may be terminated by mutual written consent of Participant (or its successors and heirs) and Fantex.
By Mutual Consent. This Agreement may be terminated by mutual consent of the Parties in writing at any time.
By Mutual Consent. This Agreement may be terminated by mutual written consent of Buyer and Seller.
By Mutual Consent. (i) The employment by the Company of Executive pursuant to this Agreement may be terminated at any time by the mutual written agreement of the Company and Executive.
(ii) In the event that (i) Executive’s employment is terminated by mutual consent pursuant to this Section 10(a), and (ii) Executive and the Company determine at that time that it is in their mutual best interest for Executive to continue to be bound after his termination by the provisions of Section 9 of this Agreement for the periods set forth therein, then the parties may enter into an agreement to that effect, in exchange for which Executive would be entitled to the compensation provided for in Section 10(e) hereof.
By Mutual Consent. By mutual written consent of Buyer and each of the Sellers.
By Mutual Consent. The Executive’s employment pursuant to this Agreement may be terminated at any time by the mutual written agreement of the Company and the Executive. In the event that the Executive’s employment is terminated pursuant to this Section 4.1, the Executive shall receive Base Salary and benefits to be paid or provided to the Executive under this Agreement through the Date of Termination (as defined in Section 4.10 hereof) and any other unpaid benefits to which the Executive is otherwise entitled under any plan, policy or program of the Company (including any bonus plan) applicable to the Executive as of the Date of Termination, in accordance with the terms of such plan, policy or program.
By Mutual Consent. By the mutual written consent of Buyer and Seller;
By Mutual Consent. This Agreement may be terminated without further obligation of the parties at any time prior to Closing by mutual consent of the parties hereto.
