By TRITAN. TRITAN will continue to own all rights in any computer code or other materials developed or obtained outside of the scope of this Master Agreement (“Pre-existing Work”). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Client shall have the right during the Term to access and use all Interfaces and other Deliverables created by TRITAN pursuant to the terms of this Master Agreement.
