Calculation of Completion Cost Sample Clauses
Calculation of Completion Cost. (i) The Mirzapur Completion Cost for the Mirzapur Facilities will each be calculated as an aggregate of (A) – (D) below:
(A) 25% of the Bid Project Cost of the relevant Facility adjusted for the Price Index Multiple as applicable on the Reference Index Date preceding the date of the Invoice for the first Mirzapur Payment Milestone;
(B) 25% of the Bid Project Cost of the relevant Facility adjusted for the Price Index Multiple as applicable on the Reference Index Date preceding the date of the Invoice for the second Mirzapur Payment Milestone;
(C) 25% of the Bid Project Cost of the relevant Facility adjusted for the Price Index Multiple as applicable on the Reference Index Date preceding the date of the Invoice for the third Mirzapur Payment Milestone;
(D) 25% of the Bid Project Cost of the relevant Facility adjusted for the Price Index Multiple as applicable on the Reference Index Date preceding the date of the Invoice for the fourth Mirzapur Payment Milestone;
(ii) 60% of the relevant Completion Cost will be paid in quarterly instalments during the O&M Period as the Capex Annuity.
Calculation of Completion Cost. The Completion Cost for Tolly‟s Nallah Facilities will be the aggregate of (A) – (H) below:
Calculation of Completion Cost. (i) The Jagjeetpur Completion Cost for the Jagjeetpur Facilities and the Sarai Completion Cost for the Sarai Facilities will be the aggregate of (A) – (D) below, for the relevant Facility:
(A) 25% of the Bid Project Cost for the relevant Facility adjusted for the Price Index Multiple as applicable on the Reference Index Date preceding the date of the Invoice for the first Payment Milestone;
(B) 25% of the Bid Project Cost for the relevant Facility adjusted for the Price Index Multiple as applicable on the Reference Index Date preceding the date of the Invoice for the second Payment Milestone;
(C) 25% of the Bid Project Cost for the relevant Facility adjusted for the Price Index Multiple as applicable on the Reference Index Date preceding the date of the Invoice for the third Payment Milestone; and
(D) 25% of the Bid Project Cost for the relevant Facility adjusted for the Price Index Multiple as applicable on the Reference Index Date preceding the date of the Invoice for the fourth Payment Milestone.
(ii) 60% of the Jagjeetpur Completion Cost and 60% of the Sarai Completion Cost will be paid in quarterly instalments during the O&M Period as Capex Annuity.
