California Labor Code Section 2872 Notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing rights and obligations, and pursuant to California Labor Code section 2872, a Company invention shall not include inventions which qualifies fully under the provisions of California Labor Code section 2870 (a copy of which is attached as Exhibit D), including any idea or invention which is developed entirely on Executive’s own time without using Company’s equipment, supplies, facilities, or trade secrets, and which is not related to the Company’s business (either actual or demonstrably anticipated), and which does not result from work performed for the Company.
