CALL BACK AND REST PERIOD. (a) Overtime worked in the circumstances specified in 46.1 and 46.2 shall not be regarded as overtime for the purposes of 27.5 where the actual time worked is less than four hours on each recall.

Lunch and Rest Periods A. Each employee working more than four (4) hours per day shall be entitled to a minimum of one-half (1/2) hour duty free lunch period without pay. B. Employees shall receive a fifteen (15) minute rest period during each four (4) hours of work not to exceed two (2) such breaks during a regular eight (8) hour day, whenever practicable. C. The parties agree to comply with ODE regulations.
Meal Breaks and Rest Periods For each seven and one-half (7 ½) hour shift, subject to the provisions of Article 14.09, the Employer shall provide an unpaid meal break of one-half (½) hour and paid rest periods totalling one-half (½) hour, not to be taken in less than two (2) breaks. The Employer shall schedule meal breaks in such a way that an Employee be permitted to leave their work area. Operational requirements may be such that these breaks may not be able to be taken off the premises. These breaks shall be prorated for shift duration.
Meal and Rest Periods For assignments where the employee is unable to leave for a thirty (30) minute meal period (i.e., live-in, shift or respite) the meal period shall be paid as time worked. For assignments where the employee is able to leave for a thirty (30) minute meal period (i.e., hourly), the meal period shall be unpaid. Except for emergencies, employees will be completely relieved from duty during the unpaid meal period. Fifteen (15) minute paid rest periods will be provided approximately midway through each four (4) hour segment of each shift. Employees will not be required to work longer than three (3) hours without a rest period, except in emergencies.
MEAL PERIODS AND REST BREAKS 4.1 Except when required for urgent or emergency work and except as provided in 4.2 no employee shall be required to work for more than five hours continuously without being allowed a meal break of not less than half an hour. 4.2 An employee unable to be relieved from work for a meal break shall be allowed to have a meal on duty and this period shall be regarded as working time. 4.3 Except where provided for in 4.2 an employee unable to take a meal after five hours’ duty shall be paid at overtime rates from the expiry of five hours until the time when a meal can be taken. 4.4 During the meal break or rest breaks prescribed above, free tea, coffee, milk and sugar shall be supplied by the employer. Where it is impractical to supply tea, coffee, milk and sugar free of charge, an allowance of $1.48 per week in lieu shall be paid. This allowance shall continue during all periods of leave except leave without pay. 4.5 Rest breaks of 10 minutes each for morning tea, afternoon tea or supper, where these occur during duty, shall be allowed as time worked.
Rest Period During each normal work day, Saturdays, Sundays, and shift work, employees will be entitled to two (2) ten (10) minute paid rest periods to be scheduled and observed. When working a four (4) day, ten (10) hour schedule, the rest period will be fifteen (15) minutes each. - one (1) rest period at the mid-way point of the first half of the normal hours of work; - one (1) rest period at the mid-point of the second half of the normal hours of work. Rest period will be measured from ceasing work to commencement of labour and will be taken at a time determined by the employer.
Interest Period Commencing on the first (1st) Payment Date of the month following the month in which the Funding Date of the applicable Term Loan Advance occurs, and continuing on each Payment Date thereafter, Borrower shall make monthly payments of interest on the principal amount of each Term Loan Advance at the rate set forth in Section 2.2(a).
Meal/Rest Periods All nurses shall receive an unpaid meal period of one-half (1/2) hour. Nurses required to remain on duty or in the Hospital during their meal period shall be compensated for such time at the appropriate rate of pay. All nurses shall receive one (1) fifteen
Call Back Time Any employee called back to work after completion of his/her regular assignment shall be compensated for at least two (2) hours of work at the overtime rate, irrespective of the actual time worked.
Minimum Call-Back Time All employees who are called out and required to work in an emergency outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates and shall be paid from the time they leave home to report for duty until the time they arrive back upon proceeding directly from work.
Duration of normal Interest Periods Subject to Clauses 5.3 and 5.4, each Interest Period shall be: (a) 3, 6 or 12 months as notified by the Borrower to the Lender not later than 11.00 a.m. (London time) 3 Business Days before the commencement of the Interest Period; or (b) 3 months, if the Borrower fails to notify the Lender by the time specified in paragraph (a) above; or (c) such other period as the Lender may agree with the Borrower.
