CALL OUT AND OVERTIME. 19.01 All personnel called out for special or emergency work shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the appropriate rate. A call out occurs only when an employee is brought back to work after having officially completed the employee’s duties for the day or the week and has left the job in a normal manner.
