Common use of Callout Compensation Clause in Contracts

Callout Compensation. (1) An employee who is called back to work outside his/her regular working hours shall be compensated for a minimum of four (4) hours at overtime rates. (2) For the purpose of (1) above, it is agreed that "callout" means that the employee has been called out without prior notice.
