Callout Time Which Abuts the Succeeding Shift. (1) If the callout requires the team member to travel to a location and if the callout is for three hours or less, the team member will be required to work the callout period and the whole of the abutting shift. In this case, compensation shall be at overtime rates for the callout period and straight-time rate for the regular shift.
