CALLS ON SHARES. The Chargor undertakes to pay all calls or other payments when due in respect of any part of the Charged Portfolio. If the Chargor fails to make any such payment the Secured Party may make that payment on behalf of the Chargor and any sums so paid by the Secured Party shall be reimbursed by the Chargor on demand.
