Although the company supplies digital cameras and ancillary equipment, we acknowledge that with the reduction in cost of digital cameras, some photographers may wish to purchase their own equipment. Where a photographer desires to purchase and use their own equipment, prior approval must be sought from the Publisher and Editor. Upon such approval, camera allowance shall be paid as follows: The allowance will be calculated annually, paid monthly and will be equal to 12% of the agreed upon value of the equipment to a maximum value of $15,000.
