Canada’s Requirements for Standards. In addition to any other standards that the Recipient must meet or exceed for the Project, the Recipient will ensure the Project meets or exceeds the following: (a) any applicable energy efficiency standards for buildings outlined in Canada’s Pan-Canadian Framework on Clean Growth and Climate Change provided by Canada at xxx.xxxxxx.xx/xx/xxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxx- canadian-framework.html, or at any other location the Province may provide; and (b) the accessibility requirements of the highest accessibility standards published in Ontario, in addition to accessibility requirements in applicable provincial building codes and relevant municipal by-laws.
