Common use of Canadian Security Agreements Clause in Contracts

Canadian Security Agreements. (a) the General Security Agreement dated as of the Original Closing Date, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Agent, executed by the Canadian Guarantors in favor of Agent, as the same may be amended, restated, confirmed, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, and (b) any other Canadian security agreement required to be executed by any Obligor in favor of Agent after the Original Closing Date, in each case, as the same may be amended, restated, confirmed, supplemented, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time.

Canadian Security Agreements. (a) the General Security Agreement dated as of the Original Closing Datedate hereof, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Agent, executed by the Canadian Guarantors in favor of Agent, as the same may be amended, restated, confirmed, restated or supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, and (b) any other Canadian security agreement required to be executed by any Obligor in favor of Agent after the Original Closing Date, in each case, as the same may be amended, restated, confirmed, supplemented, replaced restated or otherwise modified supplemented from time to time.

(a) the Guarantee and Indemnity and General Security Agreement dated as of the Original Closing Date, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Agent, executed by the Canadian Guarantors in favor of Agent, as the same may be amended, restated, confirmed, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, and (b) any other Canadian security agreement required to be executed by any Obligor in favor of Agent after the Original Closing Date, in each case, as the same may be amended, restated, confirmed, supplemented, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time.
