Common use of Cancellation by Issuer Clause in Contracts

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries purchase any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries purchase subsidiaries purchases any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Issuing and Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Issuing and Principal Paying Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If if the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries purchase subsidiaries purchases any Notes Securities that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing and send them it (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries purchase purchases any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing as soon as practicable and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries purchase purchases any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, cancellation and promptly inform the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Principal Paying Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries purchase purchases any Notes that or Coupons which are required by the Conditions to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditionsafter such purchase, the Issuer shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing cancellation and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Principal Paying Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries purchase any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Issuing and Paying Agent or the Registrar, as the case may bebe in writing, in writing and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Issuing and Paying Agent.

If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries purchase purchases any Notes that or Coupons which are required by the Conditions to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditionsafter such purchase, the Issuer shall immediately notify the Principal Paying Agent of the principal amount of those Notes it has purchased and shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing cancellation and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Principal Paying Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries subsidiaries purchase any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Agent.

If the Issuer or any of its the Issuer’s Subsidiaries purchase any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer shall forthwith cancel them immediately notify the Registrar of the principal amount of those Notes it or any of its Subsidiaries has purchased and shall procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries subsidiaries purchase any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the relevant Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries subsidiaries purchase any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the relevant Issuer shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Issuing and Paying Agent or the Registrar, as the case may bebe in writing, in writing and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Issuing and Paying Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries purchase purchases any Notes that which are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditionsafter such purchase, the Issuer shall forthwith cancel them or immediately notify the Fiscal Agent in writing of the principal amount of those Notes and shall procure their cancellation, that the Notes (together with all unmatured Receipts and Coupons appertaining to those Notes) are promptly inform delivered to the Fiscal Agent or the Registrarits authorised agent, as the case may be, in writing and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal AgentAgent shall thereafter promptly cancel such Notes and/or Receipts and/or Coupons.

If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries purchase any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Agent.

If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries purchase Subsidiary purchases any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly cancellation and inform the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries purchase purchases any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Issuing and Paying Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to or to the Fiscal Agentorder of the Issuing and Paying Agent to be dealt with in accordance with clause 12.4.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries purchase purchases any Notes that are to be cancelled or Coupons which in accordance with the ConditionsConditions it elects to cancel following such purchase, the Issuer shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing cancellation of such Notes and Coupons and shall forthwith send them (if in any such cancelled definitive bearer form) Notes and Coupons to the Fiscal Principal Paying Agent.

If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries purchase purchases any Notes that or Coupons which in accordance with the Conditions are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditionsafter such purchase, the Issuer shall immediately notify the Fiscal Agent of the principal amount of those Notes it has purchased and shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing cancellation and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or the Guarantor or any of its their Subsidiaries purchase any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer or the Guarantor shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries purchase any subsidiaries purchases Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer shall forthwith (i) cancel them or procure their cancellation, cancellation and (ii) promptly inform the Fiscal Agent or the Registrarby electronic communication, as the case may be, in writing and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to whereupon the Fiscal AgentAgent shall request that the Paying Agent instruct (or arrange for the instruction of) the NBB to cancel such Notes in the NBB-SSS.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries subsidiaries purchase any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Issuing and Paying Agent or the Registrar, as the case may bebe in writing, in writing and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Issuing and Paying Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries purchase other entity on the Issuer’s behalf purchases any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer shall forthwith as soon as reasonably practicable cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries purchase purchases any Notes that which are required by the Conditions to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditionsafter such purchase, the Issuer shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing cancellation and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Principal Paying Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries purchase purchases any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer Issuing and Paying Agent shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Issuing and Paying Agent or the Registrar, as the case may bebe in writing, in writing and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Issuing and Paying Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries purchase purchases any Notes that which in accordance with the Conditions are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditionsafter such purchase, the Issuer shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing cancellation and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Agent. All Notes which are redeemed or in respect of which Exchange Rights are exercised shall be cancelled, and (in such case) the Issuer shall forthwith send them (if in definitive form) to the Fiscal Agent.
