Common use of Cancellation by Issuer Clause in Contracts

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or the Guarantor or any of their respectiveany of its subsidiaries purchases any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer or the Guarantor shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, inform the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or the Guarantor or any of their respectiveany of its subsidiaries purchases purchase any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer or the Guarantor shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar, as the case may bebe in writing, and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or the Guarantor or any of their respectiveany of its respective subsidiaries purchases any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer or the Guarantor shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, inform the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or the Guarantor or any of their respectiveany of its subsidiaries Group Company purchases any Notes that or Coupons which are required by the Conditions to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditionsafter such purchase, the Issuer or or, as the Guarantor case may be, the Guarantor, shall immediately notify the Principal Paying Agent of the principal amount of those Notes it has purchased and shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, inform the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, cancellation and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent.

If the relevant Issuer or the Guarantor relevant Guarantor(s) or any of their respectiveany of its subsidiaries purchases any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the relevant Issuer or the Guarantor relevant Guarantor(s) shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, inform the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent.

If the Issuer or any of the Guarantor Guarantors or any of their respectiveany of its subsidiaries respective Subsidiaries purchases any Notes that or Coupons which are required by the Conditions to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditionsafter such purchase, the Issuer or the Guarantor shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, inform the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent or the Registraror, as the case may be, the relevant Guarantor, shall immediately notify the Principal Paying Agent of the principal amount of those Notes which have been purchased and shall promptly cancel them or procure their cancellation and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or the Guarantor Guarantors or any of their respectiveany of its respective subsidiaries purchases purchase any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer or the Guarantor Guarantors shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or the Guarantor or any of their respectiveany of its subsidiaries purchases respective Subsidiaries purchase any Notes that or Coupons which in accordance with the Conditions are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditionsafter such purchase, the Issuer or or, as the case may be, the Guarantor shall immediately notify the Fiscal Agent of the principal amount of those Notes it has purchased and shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, inform the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, cancellation and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Issuing and Principal Paying Fiscal Agent.
