Common use of Cancellation by Primary Cardholder Clause in Contracts

Cancellation by Primary Cardholder. A Secondary Cardholder’s Prepaid Card may be terminated at the request of the Primary Cardholder at any time, provided that we are given a reasonable opportunity to act on such request. The cancellation or termination of the Primary Card account will automatically result in termination of the Secondary Cardholder Prepaid Card.

Cancellation by Primary Cardholder. A Secondary Cardholder’s Prepaid Debit Card may be terminated at the request of the Primary Cardholder at any time, provided that we are given a reasonable opportunity and a reasonable time period, as determined by us, to act on such request. The cancellation or termination of the Primary Card account will automatically result in termination of the Secondary Cardholder Prepaid Card.

A Secondary Cardholder’s Prepaid Card may be terminated at the request of the Primary Cardholder at any time, provided that we are given a reasonable opportunity to act on such requestrequest and any available balance on the Secondary Cardholder's Prepaid Card will be transferred to the Primary Cardholder's account without notice to any impacted Secondary Cardholder. The cancellation or termination of the Primary Card account will automatically result in termination of the Secondary Cardholder Prepaid CardCard and any available balance on such Prepaid Card will be sent or otherwise provided only to the Primary Cardholder.
