Cancellation by the Owner. The Owner guarantees availability of the Property to the Tenant during the period of the Tenancy and hereby indemnifies OAB in respect of any claim against OAB arising as a result of the Owner’s failure to do so. The Owner shall only be entitled to cancel the Tenancy where it is prevented from performing its obligations under the Tenancy Agreement due to events beyond its control (including without limitation fire, storm, war, death or incapacity of the Owner or a member of his/her household). Where the Owner cancels in accordance with this term, it shall refund any and all fees paid by the Tenant, and shall indemnify OAB in respect of any claim against OAB in relation to such cancellation.
Cancellation by the Owner. In case of cancellation of the contract by the owner for reasons beyond his control, only the reimbursement of the deposit may be claimed, excluding any compensation. The owner may offer a replacement service to the tenant and an addendum to this contract specifying the changes made must be signed by both parties.
Cancellation by the Owner. In the event of cancellation by Camping Les Arches, except in the case of force majeure, amounts payed be reimbursed in full. This cancellation shall not however incur the payment of damages and interest.

In the unlikely event that the Rorbuer will not be available for renting due to circumstances beyond the owners control, the owner will only be liable for an amount up to the amount paid in rent. The owner will assist in finding alternative properties in the same, or nearby fishing villages, if the tenant so desires. If the alternative accommodation is of a lesser value, the owner will refund the difference to the tenant. If alternative accommodation cannot be provided, or if the tenant wants to find alternative accommodation him/herself, the entire rental amount will be refunded. The liability of the owner is limited to the amount paid by the tenant in rent.
Cancellation by the Owner the owner refunds all sums paid. You will also receive compensation at least equal to the penalty you would have owed if you had cancelled the reservation at that date.
Cancellation by the Owner. In the case of cancellation by the owner, a refund of the deposit will be paid in full.
Cancellation by the Owner. 5.1 If for reasons beyond its control the Owner has to cancel or alter arrangements made for the Hirer, the Owner will make every effort to offer an alternative property if one is available.
5.2 If the Hirer does not accept the alternative offered the Owner will return to the Hirer any monies paid, whereupon the Owner’s liability will cease.

Cancellation by the Owner. The Owner will endeavour to ensure that the Property is available for the dates booked. In the unlikely event the Property becomes unavailable and the Owner has to cancel the booking, the Agent will endeavour to find the Hirer and the Hirer’s party suitable alternative accommodation. If suitable alternative accommodation cannot be found, the Hirer shall be entitled to a full refund. The Owner and/or the Agent shall only be liable to return monies received. No compensation or consequential losses shall be paid. The Hirer accepts that the Agent grants no warranty in their description of the Property. Whilst every care is taken to provide an accurate description of the Property, alterations by the Owner are occasionally made to the Property and some aspects may change. The Hirer accepts that no refunds are available for such changes and that no liability attaches to the Agent for any such change. The property is in a rural location and the Owner and the Agent offer no warranty as to availability of television, radio, Wi-Fi, mobile telephone, mobile data or any other communications service.
Cancellation by the Owner in case of cancellation by the owner, the owner will refund the tenant the full amount paid. (Example: severe weather conditions jeopardizing the safety of the tenants)
