Common use of Cancellation of Individual Transactions Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Individual Transactions. Seller may, in its sole discretion, without liability or penalty, cancel any Individual Transaction: (a) if Seller determines that Buyer is in violation of its payment obligations or is in breach of this Agreement; or (b) pursuant to Seller’s rights under Section 5.4. With the exception of Buyer’s right to cancel any Purchase Order pursuant to Section 3.3, Buyer shall have no right to cancel or amend any Purchase Order submitted by it.
