Cancelling or Changing a Scheduled Payment. You may cancel or change any Scheduled Payment (including recurring payments) that has not begun processing by following the instructions within the Bill Pay Service. Once the Service has begun processing a Scheduled Payment, you cannot cancel or edit the Scheduled Payment using the Service, but you may be able to stop the Scheduled Payment by submitting a stop payment request.
