Common use of Capacity Transmission Injection Rights Clause in Contracts

Capacity Transmission Injection Rights. The rights to schedule energy and capacity deliveries at a Point of Interconnection (as defined in Section 1.33A) of a Merchant Transmission Facility with the Transmission System.
