Capital Improvement Projects for Both Parties. For new SDMS facilities, or for repair, rehabilitation, or replacement of SDMS facilities that have reached the end of their useful life, or if replacement of SDMS facilities is needed to increase the design capacity because of an increase in flow from both Imperial Beach and San Diego, Imperial Beach’s estimated share of capital improvement project costs = (A/B) x C x F.

  • Capital Improvements The Department has identified the following possible opportunities for Capital Improvements:

  • School Improvement Plan As permitted under IC § 20-10.2-3-1.5, the Charter shall serve as the Charter School's strategic and continuous school improvement and achievement plan (hereafter, the "School Improvement Plan"). To the extent that IC § 20-10.2 applies to the Charter in its function as the School Improvement Plan, the Organizer shall comply with the requirements under IC § 20-10.2.
