Common use of CAR CONSTRUCTION Clause in Contracts

CAR CONSTRUCTION. All cars must be of the open wheel, open cockpit type. The bodywork must give the appearance of completely covering the frame. The engine must be covered with a cowling secured in place, but need not enclose the sides of the engine compartment. The cars body, driver’s seat and fuel tank assembly must be mounted on the chassis centerline. All cars must have an underpan below the cockpit area.
