Card Issuance. You agree that we can automatically issue you a debit card to access your HMBradley Account, but it is not necessary to activate the card to keep your account open. You cannot use a debit card to transfer money into or out of your HMBradley Account until we have validated it. If you do not want to use the debit card, please destroy it at once by cutting it in half.

Card Issuance. At the discretion of MFCU, one card may be issued to each signer on the Loan. Your Card remains MFCU’s property and is nontransferable. We may cancel, modify, and/or restrict the use of any Card without notice if your Loan is past due, when it is necessary to maintain or restore the security of your accounts, or when you conduct transactions on your accounts that are irregular or fraudulent in nature. Replacement Cards may be issued for a fee as disclosed in the current Consumer Fee Schedule.
Card Issuance. At the discretion of Mission Fed, a card may be issued to any eligible account signer. Only one Card may be issued to each signer per account. Your Card remains Mission Fed’s property and is nontransferable. Card Issuance. (1) The Government Travel Charge cards will be issued to HUD employees who are required to travel four (4) or more trips a year. If it is reasonably anticipated that an employee will travel for work fewer than four (4) trips per year, the employee may use a personal credit card, receive cash advances through electronic funds transfer, or utilize central billing. Employees who travel less than four (4) times a year may request the use of a government travel card. If the electronic travel system split or direct payment options are implemented, employees required to have Government Travel Charge Cards shall have the travel card payments issued directly to the travel card-issuing bank for credit to the employee’s individual travel charge card account by the Department. (2) An employee’s credit history and worthiness (i.e., credit report) will be reviewed prior to the issuance of a Government Travel Charge Card, and periodically reviewed thereafter, in accordance with the Government Travel Charge Card Program. If FICO score or credit reports are adversely affected by the credit history checks or periodic reviews for the government travel charge card, the Department shall bargain with the Union over appropriate arrangements. (3) When an employee cannot obtain a government travel charge card because of a lack of credit history; has had their government credit card suspended; or because they are found to have an unsatisfactory credit history, the employee’s travel will be paid through suitable alternate methods available to the Department. Such alternates may include, but not limited to, issuance of restricted-credit-limit, restricted-use, declining balance, controlled-spend, or stored value card, electronic fund transfer of cash advance, or use the centrally billed accounts. (4) No adverse performance or misconduct action shall be taken against an employee, whose travel was delayed for actions outside of their control due to the GTC’s failure to issue an employee a credit card and the Department’s failure to provide an alternative method of payment as listed in 3 above.
Card Issuance. If we issue you a Card, you agree to repay all debts and the finance charge arising from the use of the Card and the Card Account. For example, you are responsible for charges made by yourself, your spouse and minor children. You are also responsible for charges made by anyone else to whom you give the Card, or your Card number to, and this responsibility continues until your Card Account is closed and any outstanding balances are paid.
Card Issuance. Prospective Customers may apply for their Greensky loan through a Program Sponsor service desk and when the Customer is approved for a loan by Greensky, Greensky will issue a printed bar code and account number (“Initial Bar Code”) that may be used to access the Customer’s loan proceeds. For some Program Sponsors, Comdata will mail personalized Cards to the Customers within ten (10) business days of issuance of the Initial Bar Code, but for other Program Sponsors, the Customer will continue to use the Initial Bar Code to access his or her loans.

Card Issuance. You hereby request that a Card and a Personal Identification Number (PIN) be issued to You. Your use of the Card binds You to all terms and conditions associated with this Agreement. Your checking account, the Membership and Account Agreement, and all other terms and conditions established by the Credit Union and any amendments as may be made from time to time. Such amendments will be furnished to You as required by law, and Your use of the Card thereafter will indicate Your agreement to the amendments. We will mail notice of such changes to You at Your last address shown on Our records. You agree that the Card will remain the property of Xxxxxxx Federal Credit Union and may not be transferred or assigned to anyone. You further agree to surrender the Card to Us upon request by the Credit Union or upon the request of anyone (including merchants) authorized by the Credit Union to request return of the Card. We reserve the right to demand payment of any amount owed by You and to cancel Your Card due to repeated overdrafts, inactivity, or any other reasonable cause. You agree that upon activation of Your Debit Card, Your current Xxxxxxx Federal Credit Union ATM card will be de-activated. You understand that once Your current Xxxxxxx Federal Credit Union ATM card is de-activated, You can no longer use it to access Your Account(s).
Card Issuance. Each Card will be issued in the applicable account owner’s name. It will also bear a unique identifying number and include a field for the signature of the cardholder. A unique personal identification number (“PIN”) will be required as provided in Section 5 below.
