CARD LIMIT. 6.1 The Bank shall at its sole discretion specify the Cardmember’s Card Limit with the Bank for the purposes of this Agreement.
6.2 Where the Cardmember operates two or more Card accounts with the Bank, a combined Card Limit will be assigned to the Cardmember representing the total Card Limit extended to cover the use of all the Cards held by the Cardmember and his / her Supplementary Cardmember, if any.
6.3 The Cardmember hereby covenants that he / she shall not exceed his / her Card Limit in using the Card and shall make good any excess thereof immediately upon receipt of the monthly statement of account and / or to such other notices by the Bank showing such excess in accordance with Clause 7.1 (b) (ii).
6.4 Notwithstanding the Card Limit, the Cardmember may obtained cash at the Bank’s discretion, where such Cash Withdrawals will not cause the Cardmember’s available Card Limit to be exceeded, by:
(i) Presenting the Card at any of the Bank’s Authorised Cash Outlet with evidence of the Cardmember’s identity and signing the necessary transaction record; or
(ii) Using the Card at any ATM, where each Cash Withdrawal will be subjected to the applicable daily withdrawal limit or the withdrawal limit per Cash Withdrawal transaction of the ATM.
6.5 The Bank has the right to impose a ceiling in percentage terms on the quantum of Card Limit and the Cardmember’s available balance which can be utilised for the Cash Withdrawals.
CARD LIMIT. We may set a Card spending limit in relation to each Card and/or an aggregate Card spending limit in relation to your Cards (where relevant). Where we have set an aggregate Card spending limit to your Cards, the total charges incurred under each Card by the Principal Cardmember and the Supplementary Cardmember(s) when added together at any time, must not exceed such aggregate Card spending limit. We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, review and revise any of your Card spending limits (including the aggregate Card spending limit) without notice. References to “Card spending limit” in this Clause 4 shall include, where relevant, the various Card spending limits in respect of various modes of usage of each Card and each of the Card Facilities, as well as, the aggregate Card spending limit in relation to your Cards.
CARD LIMIT. 6.1 Notwithstanding that a prescribed credit limit may not be assigned or known to the Cardmember, the Bank may at any time at its sole discretion set such a limit for its control purposes after giving the Cardmember three
CARD LIMIT. The Cardholder is informed of the Credit Limit set for the Card Account when the Card is issued. The Bank reserves the right to adjust the Credit Limit of the Card Account at any time without stating its reasons. The Bank accepts no liability for damages that might arise as a result of Credit Limit adjustments.
CARD LIMIT. 3.1 The Bank may set a monthly Card Limit with respect to the use of the Card and may vary the Card Limit without notice.
3.2 Notwithstanding any Card Limit that may be prescribed, the Bank may in its absolute discretion approve any proposed Card Transaction and/or ATM Card Transaction and allow the Card Limit to be exceeded, even in the absence of any request from the Cardmember, provided always that the Cardmember must forthwith pay such amount in excess of the Card Limit.
3.3 Where the Bank in its absolute discretion, allows any amount in the Account to be overdrawn for whatsoever reason, the Cardmember shall pay on demand such amount overdrawn with interests, as may be prescribed by the Bank from time to time in its absolute discretion, on the same amount overdrawn.
3.4 In calculating whether the Card Limit has been exceeded, the Bank may take into account the amount of any Card Transaction and/or ATM Card Transaction not yet debited to the Account and of any authorisation given by the Bank to a third party in respect of a prospective Card Transaction and/or ATM Card Transaction.
3.5 The Cardmember must not use the Card such that the Cardmember exceeds any limits imposed on the Card by the Bank from time to time.

3.5 The Cardmember and Xxxxxxxx must not use the Card such that any limit imposed on the Card by the Bank from time to time is exceeded.
3.6 The Cardmember and/or the Carduser must notify the Bank promptly in writing of:
(a) any intention to reside outside Singapore for more than six months;
(b) the cessation or suspension of any Xxxxxxxx's employment with the Cardmember;
(c) the cessation or suspension of any Xxxxxxxx's authority to use the PIN and/or the Card;
(d) any change of address of the Cardmember or Carduser; and
(e) any other change in the Cardmember’s or Carduser's particulars or any other information as may be requested by the Bank from time to time.

(i) Presenting the Card at any of the Bank’s Authorised Cash Outlet with evidence of the Cardmember’s identity and signing the necessary transaction
CARD LIMIT. The Card Limit is the maximum amount of money that can reside in your Card Account at any point of time and is pegged to your present Boost eWallet limit. You cannot load or top up funds in excess of the Card Limit that has been stipulated for the Card and approved by us for you. If you apply for a Card, you must submit certain documents to us, including but not limited to, for example, a copy of your ID documents, a copy of the proof of your address, your mobile phone bill, utility bill or bank statements and/or any other type of documents that we may request from time to time. If you refuse to provide us with any of the documents that we have requested, we may cancel, reject or terminate your application or upgrade request. Applications without the minimum top-up cannot be processed or approved until the same has been made and all valid and legitimate ID Documents have been received and/or verified by Boost. Boost reserves the right to approve or decline any applications for whatever reason(s) at our sole and absolute discretion, and such decisions shall be final and conclusive.
CARD LIMIT. We may set a Card spending limit in relation to each Card and/or an aggregate Card spending limit in relation to your Cards (where relevant). Where we have set an aggregate Card spending limit to your Cards, the total charges incurred under each Card by the Principal Cardmember and the Supplementary Cardmember(s) when added together at any time, must not exceed such aggregate Card spending limit. We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, review and revise any of your Card spending limits (including the aggregate Card spending limit) without notice. The Card spending limit set will apply to both your spending in Singapore Dollar and Foreign Currency if your Card tagged to a Designated Account for use in any and/or all Foreign Currency funds in the Designated Account. Where the Card spending limit is to apply to transaction made in both Singapore Dollar and Foreign Currency, the available Card spending limit shall be at the Singapore Dollar equivalent to that Singapore Dollar and Foreign Currency at the prevailing exchange rate on the day the spending in Foreign Currency is made. References to “Card spending limit” in this Clause 4 shall include, where relevant, the various Card spending limits in respect of various modes of usage of each Card (such modes including use of Digital Payment Service(s)) and usage of each of the Card Facilities as well as the aggregate Card spending limit in relation to your Cards.
CARD LIMIT. You agree to communicate the Card Limit of each Supplementary Cardholder to us in writing. If you do not communicate the Card Limit to us, you understand the Card Limit will be the same as the Credit Limit on your account. We may, but are not required to, even if we have done so before, permit the Supplementary Cardholder to exceed the total Card Limit and the Credit Limit established from time to time. You understand that the use of the Card and the Designated Account may be suspended, at our discretion, if the Card Limit is exceeded. You are responsible for all penalty fees associated with the Card or Designated Account going over limit. You are responsible to pay any over-limit amounts in full by the payment due date.
