Care and Protection. Each party shall protect the other party's Confidential Information using at least the same standard of care that applies to its own similar Confidential Information, but not less than a reasonable standard of care.

If any of the above should occur, Borrower shall send a full written and photographic condition report to the Vietnam Archive Archivist as soon as possible. • No object may be altered, cleaned, repaired or fumigated without the permission of the Vietnam Archive, except in an emergency situation when the safety of the work makes such action imperative.
