Care and Safety. Xxxxx(s) agrees to provide adequate shelter and exercise for Dog. Xxxxx(s) agrees to obey all laws of the locale in which Dog will be kept. Xxxxx(s) agrees to protect Dog from abuse, neglect, exposure to danger, mistreatment, and loss. Buyer(s) understands the Australian Labradoodle breed requires regular brushing between baths and grooming. Xxxxx(s) agrees to educate themselves on the best way to care for Dog’s coat and nails and will seek out an experienced groomer to assist in this.
Care and Safety. The clients shall ensure that the Sub-Contractor is treated with respect and professionalism and that the client takes all steps necessary to ensure that the Sub-contractor's safety, health and well-being are protected and maintained at all times whilst providing services to the client. Care and Safety. 6.1 The Contractor shall be fully responsible for the care of work and property of AKHMCF. Any damage or loss to the works or property caused as a result of the Contractor’s carelessness, negligence or incompetence or that of its employees, servants or agents shall be strictly the Contractors responsibility and the Contractor shall be required to make good the same forthwith. 6.2 The Contractor shall implement all necessary safety precaution(s) for its employees as required by statutory authorities and as may be directed by the FMD (Facilities Management Division) Management of AKHMCF. The Contractor shall be responsible for compliance with all safety requirements under the law. 6.3 The Contractor shall be exclusively responsible for the training of its employees on safe practices and get them adequately insured against accidental death or injury. 6.4 The Contractor shall be responsible for any damage to or loss of tools, which are issued from the AKHMCF maintenance store to the Contractor’s employees and staff for performing the services and the Contractor shall be obliged to replace the same.
Care and Safety. Personnel 1. Zone Supervisors, Administrative Security Supervisors, and Emergency Management Training Coordinators. a. For the 2023-2024 school year, a starting salary as follows: 260 days $48,573 216 days $40,353 b. For the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 school years, a minimum raise of 2.5% each year. The pacing of the raise will be dependent on available funds and the budget process each year. The School Board and the Union will negotiate exact amounts and/or percentages for the raise each year.
Care and Safety. Adopter certifies that the Pet will be cared for in a humane and compassionate manner and that the Pet’s needs, including, but not limited to, supplying adequate food, water, shelter, regularly scheduled walks, attention and medical care, will be met. Specifically, Xxxxxxx agrees that: 1. The Pet will be provided with clean drinking water at all times and adequate food on a regular meal schedule. 2. If the Pet is a dog, the Pet will be allowed outside to relieve itself at least three (3) times per day every day, without exception. 3. The Pet will live inside the home of Adopter, and not outdoors or at a business location. 4. If the Pet is a dog, the Pet will be taken for regularly scheduled walks on a leash and/or for periods of exercise under proper supervision. 5. While outdoors, the Pet will wear a securely fastened collar including proper identification (name tag and microchip tag) at all times. 6. When the Pet is outside, he/she will always be on a leash unless in a location which specifically authorizes pets to be off-leash and all of the following conditions are satisfied: a. At least six months have elapsed since the Adoption Date; b. Adopter has employed the services of a professional trainer who has stated in writing that the Pet may be off-leash; and c. The Pet consistently responds to recall commands. 7. The Pet shall not be neglected, abused, or purposely harmed, either physically or emotionally. 8. The Pet shall not be hit for any reason, including but not limited to, for disciplinary purposes. 9. Adopter may only introduce and conduct balanced training (including the use of aversives) of the Pet under the guidance of a reputable professional trainer. 10. The Pet shall be provided with appropriate veterinary care, including, but not limited to: (i) yearly exams, (ii) all recommended vaccinations, (iii) flea/tick preventatives, and (iv) monthly heartworm preventatives, all at Adopter’s own expense. Titer tests may be acceptable in lieu of certain immunizations. 11. Adopter shall seek immediate veterinary treatment for the Pet in the event of sickness or injury, all at Adopter’s own expense. Xxxxx A.R.C. shall not reimburse Adopter for any expenses incurred for the care or treatment of the Pet at any facility or by any veterinarian or other person at any time whatsoever. 12.
