Care and Safety. Display area should be maintained and cleaned by the Exhibitor. Customer and Exhibitor safety should be prevalent at all times. Exhibitor shall not obstruct any portion of the entryways, corridors, vestibules, lobbies, doorways, driveways, fire hose cabinets, or access to emergency equipment.
Care and Safety. ● Students are responsible for the general care of the device they have been issued by the District and are expected to observe the following precautions: ● No food or drink is allowed next to a device while it is in use; ● Insert and remove cords, cables, and removable storage devices carefully; ● Shut down the device when not in use to conserve battery life; ● Stickers, drawings, or permanent markers may not be used on the device; ● Do not vandalize the devices or any other school property; ● Devices must never be left in any unsupervised area. ● Students are responsible for keeping their device’s battery charged for school each day; ● Do not place anything near the device that could put pressure on the screen; ● Clean the screen with a soft, dry cloth or anti-static cloth; ● Devices should not be stored in a student’s vehicle, or anyplace else subject to extreme temperatures.
Care and Safety. Buyer(s) agree to provide adequate shelter and exercise for Dog. Buyer(s) agree to obey all laws of the locale in which Dog will be kept. Buyer(s) agree to protect Dog from abuse, neglect, exposure to danger, mistreatment, and loss. Buyer(s) understand the Australian Labradoodle breed requires regular brushing between baths and grooming. Buyer(s) agree to educate themselves on the best way to care for Dog’s coat and nails and will seek out an experienced groomer to assist in this.
Care and Safety. 6.1 The Contractor shall be fully responsible for the care of work and property of AKHMCF. Any damage or loss to the works or property caused as a result of the Contractor’s carelessness, negligence or incompetence or that of its employees, servants or agents shall be strictly the Contractors responsibility and the Contractor shall be required to make good the same forthwith.
