The Board shall maintain compliance with applica- ble established safety requirements and will continue its efforts to assign students where there are adequate work stations. B. The Board shall maintain compliance with and adher- ence to the standards of the Maryland Occupational Safety and Health Act. The Board shall eliminate ob- vious safety hazards which are brought to its attention which may exist in shop areas, such as those involving storage facilities for volatile fluids. C. The Board shall comply with curriculum standards ap- proved and mandated by the State Board of Education. D. In high schools, the Board shall provide appropriate technology for each student in the classroom.
