The Carriage Fee amount, for each month or part thereof, during the term of this Agreement shall be calculated as per the sub-regulation (1) of the regulation 8 of The Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Interconnection (Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017 (\u201cRegulation\u201d), in accordance with Schedule I read with Schedule VII set out therein and provided in Annexure D hereto.
