Cash Account. Except as otherwise provided in Instructions acceptable to Bank, all cash held in the Cash Account shall be deposited during the period it is credited to the Account in one or more deposit accounts at Bank or at Bank's London Branch. Any cash so deposited with Bank's London Branch shall be payable exclusively by Bank's London Branch in the applicable currency, subject to compliance with any Applicable Law, including, without limitation, any restrictions on transactions in the applicable currency imposed by the country of the applicable currency.
Cash Account. Your brokerage cash account does not provide for the extension of credit (margin), and you must pay in full for any security that you purchase. Regulation T of the Federal Reserve Board and certain Exchange rules require settlement of the purchase or sale of securities on the settlement date, which is usually two (2) business days following the transaction.
Cash Account. (a) Any amount standing to the credit of the Cash Account is a debt due from Bank to Customer as banker. Except as otherwise provided in Instructions acceptable to Bank, all cash held in the Cash Account will be deposited during the period it is credited to the Accounts in one or more deposit accounts at Bank or at Bank’s London Branch. Any cash so deposited with Bank’s London Branch will be payable exclusively by Bank’s London Branch in the applicable currency, subject to compliance with Applicable Law, including, without limitation, any restrictions on transactions in the applicable currency imposed by the country of the applicable currency.
(b) Any amounts credited by Bank to the Cash Account on the basis of a notice or an interim credit from a third party, may be reversed if Bank does not receive final payment in a timely manner. Bank will notify the Customer promptly of any such reversal.
Cash Account. Your HSA Administrator will receive contributions (including rollovers, transfers, and mistaken distributions) from you and/or your employer and transfer them to a contribution account maintained with us by your HSA Administrator. We will transfer these amounts from the contribution account to the Cash Account in your HSA. The funds in your Cash Account are separately accounted for. The funds in your Cash Account, combined with other eligible deposits you have with us, are FDIC-insured up to $250,000 or the current maximum level, if different.
Cash Account. (a) Except as otherwise provided in Instructions acceptable to Bank, all cash held in the Cash Account by Bank will be deposited during the period it is credited to the Accounts in one or more deposit accounts at Bank.
(b) Whenever Customer instructs Bank to do so, Bank will arrange for the automatic investment of cash in the Cash Account in mutual funds (including, without limitation, the JPMorgan Money Market Funds and any other mutual fund with respect to which Bank or an Affiliate of Bank serves as an investment adviser, administrator, shareholder servicing agent, and/or custodian or subcustodian and regardless of whether or not Bank or its Affiliate receives any fees for services rendered to any such mutual fund in addition to the fees received by Bank pursuant to this Agreement, all of which such fees Bank is specifically authorized to retain) which Bank makes available for such purposes and which Customer selects through instructions to Bank. Furthermore, in this regard, Bank is directed automatically to arrange for the redemption of such mutual fund shares as may be necessary to avoid any potential overdraft hereunder that Bank perceives based upon the information available to Bank at the time of such redemption or withdrawal. Customer agrees that it will read the prospectus for any mutual fund prior to investing and acknowledges that investments in mutual fund shares are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) and are not obligations of or guaranteed by Bank. Customer further acknowledges that certain services for which Bank is paid fees by mutual funds in which the Customer invests may overlap with the services Bank provides under this Agreement.
(c) With Bank’s consent, Customer may use as the Cash Account a separate demand deposit account established by Customer at Bank which is electronically linked to the Securities Account.
Cash Account. (a) The Client hereby establishes and shall maintain with the Custodian a Cash Account to be used in connection with transactions relating to the Securities. The collected balance from time to time in the Cash Account shall constitute "Cash". Any credit made to the Cash Account shall be provisional and may be reversed if such payment is not actually collected or received.
(b) Except as otherwise provided by law, the Cash Account (including subdivisions maintained in different currencies, including Composite Currency Units) shall constitute one single and indivisible current account. Consequently, the Custodian has the right, among others, of transferring the balance of any subaccount of the Cash Account to any other subaccount at any time and without prior notice.
(c) The Custodian may in accordance with customary practice hold any currency (other than Belgian Francs) or Composite Currency Unit in which any subdivision of the Cash Account is denominated on deposit in, and effect transactions relating thereto through, an account (a "Foreign Account") with a Xxxxxx Affiliate or another bank in the country where such currency is the lawful currency or in other countries where such currency or Composite Currency Unit may be lawfully held on deposit.
(d) The Custodian shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising from the applicability of any law or regulation now or hereafter in effect, or from the occurrence of any event, which may affect the transferability, convertibility, or availability of any currency (other than Belgian Francs) or Composite Currency Unit in the countries where such Foreign Accounts are maintained and in no event shall the Custodian be obligated to substitute another currency for a currency (including a currency that is a component of a Composite Currency Unit) whose transferability, convertibility or availability has been affected by such law, regulation or event. To the extent that any such law, regulation or event imposes a cost or charge upon the Custodian in relation to the transferability, convertibility, or availability of any such currency or Composite Currency Unit, such cost or charge shall be for the account of the Client. If pursuant to any such law or regulation, or as a result of any such event, the Custodian cannot deal in any component currency of a Composite Currency Unit or effect a particular transaction in a Composite Currency Unit on behalf of the Client, the Custodian may thereafter treat any account denomi...
Cash Account. (a) Seller hereby authorizes and directs Purchaser to create the Cash Account. The Cash Account shall be held by Purchaser for Seller subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Purchaser shall notify Seller, via electronic or facsimile transmission, of the Cash Account Balance on each Business Day when the Cash Account Balance is greater than zero and on each Business Day on which a Transaction occurs hereunder.
(b) Purchaser shall credit the Cash Account for (i) any deposits therein by Seller upon Seller’s written direction pursuant to a Withdrawal/Deposit Notice, (ii) any amounts due Seller and payable by Purchaser under any UBSRES Purchase Program to the extent not otherwise netted as described in Section 3 of this Agreement, (iii) any Supplemental Amount for any Mortgage Loan upon the refunding to Purchaser of the Disbursement Amount for such Mortgage Loan by the Escrow Agent upon any failure to apply the Disbursement Amount in connection with the proposed funding of a Mortgage Loan, (iv) any credit pursuant to a Cash Account Adjustment, (v) any Cash Account Interest Accruals and (vi) any deposits by Seller pursuant to Section 7 hereof.
(c) Purchaser shall debit the Cash Account for (i) any withdrawals therefrom by Seller upon Seller’s written direction pursuant to a Withdrawal/Deposit Notice, (ii) any amounts due Purchaser and payable by Seller under any UBSRES Purchase Program, (iii) the Supplemental Amount for any Mortgage Loan upon payment of the Disbursement Amount for such Mortgage Loan to the Escrow Agent in accordance with Section 2(b)(2), Section 2(c)(1) and Section 2(d)(2), (iv) any debit pursuant to a Cash Account Adjustment and (v) any Wire Fees.
(d) Upon termination of this Agreement and payment in full of all obligations owing by Seller hereunder, under the Custodial Agreement and under the Electronic Tracking Agreement, Purchaser shall remit to Seller the Cash Account Balance.
Cash Account. If the Shares are not currently held in an account which prohibits rehypothecation by the Seller’s prime broker, Seller will transfer the Shares into such an account as soon as practicable following the execution of this Agreement; provided, however, in no event shall such transfer occur more than two (2) business days from the execution of this Agreement.
Cash Account. (a) Except as otherwise provided in Instructions acceptable to Bank, all cash held in the Cash Account will be (i) deposited during the period it is credited to the Accounts in one or more deposit accounts at Bank’s head office or at one of its non-U.S. branch offices and will constitute a debt owing to the Customer by Bank as banker, provided that (A) any cash so deposited with a non-US branch office will be payable exclusively by that branch office in the applicable currency, subject to compliance with Applicable Law, including, without limitation, any restrictions on transactions in the applicable currency imposed by the country of the applicable currency and (B) from time to time, the Bank may, in its discretion, pay interest on any such deposit account at a rate to be determined by the Bank (or charge interest if, at the time, the prevailing interest rate in the relevant market for similar deposits in the same currency is negative); or (ii) placed by the Bank with a Subcustodian in the country in which the applicable currency is issued, in which case the deposit will constitute a debt owing to the Customer by that bank or other financial institution and not the Bank, payable exclusively in the applicable currency at that bank or financial institution.
(b) Any amounts credited by the Bank to the Cash Account on the basis of a notice or an interim credit from a third party, may be reversed if the Bank does not receive final payment in a timely manner. The Bank will notify the Customer promptly of any such reversal.
Cash Account. (a) Any amount standing to the credit of the Cash Account will be either:
(i) deposited during the period it is credited to the Accounts in one or more deposit accounts at X.X. Xxxxxx’x head office or, if Customer so agrees in writing, at one of its non-U.S. branch offices and will constitute a debt owing to the Customer by X.X. Xxxxxx as a banker, provided that any cash so deposited with a non-U.S. branch office will be payable exclusively by that branch office in the applicable currency, subject to compliance with Applicable Law, including, without limitation, any restrictions on transactions in the applicable currency imposed by the country of the applicable currency; or
