Cash from Operations. Except as otherwise provided in Section 13, Cash From Operations with respect to each calendar year shall be distributed to each class of unit from the Assets funded by that class of unit. No class of unit will receive Distributions from the operations of any unit of Assets not funded or associated with that class of unit. Distributions within each class of unit will be distributed to the Members of their respective class of unit in proportion to their Percentage Interests within their class of unit.
