Cash Holdings Sample Clauses

Cash Holdings. It is the policy of the Investment Fund Committee to have each investment portfolio fully invested to the maximum extent possible. It is understood that the investment Advisors at any point in time may not be fully invested. While the investment Advisor’s assets may be partially invested in cash equivalents, for asset allocation purposes, these funds shall be considered invested in the asset classes of the respective Advisors. In turn, each Advisor's performance will be evaluated on the total amount of assets under its direct management.

Cash Holdings. We may invest a portion of your portfolio in cash or in relatively safe, short-term investments such as Treasury bills. Such investments are sometimes referred to as “cash holdings.” Cash will normally be less than 10% of your holdings unless we have otherwise agreed. We may hold higher cash amounts during the time that your portfolio is being invested or reinvested, or at times when we are strongly negative in our outlook for the stock market.
Cash Holdings. None of the Loan Parties shall at any time hold, or permit any of its Subsidiaries to hold, other than in Blocked Accounts with Blocked Account Banks (as such terms are defined in the Third Amended and Restated Security Agreement), any cash which, when combined with the cash held by all other Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, would aggregate more than $750,000.
Cash Holdings. Section 4.24 of the Company Disclosure Schedule sets forth the amount of cash and cash equivalents held by each of the Company and the BD Subsidiary as of the close of business on the date which is two Business Days prior to the date of this Agreement (the “Cash Measurement Time”), which Section 4.24 of the Company Disclosure Schedule shall be updated as of the Closing Date to set forth the amount of cash and cash equivalents held by each of the Company and the BD Subsidiary as of two Business Days prior to the Closing (the “Closing Cash Measurement Date”). The BD Subsidiary has made no payments or distributions to the Company between the Cash Measurement Time and the date of this Agreement. For avoidance of doubt, neither the Company nor the BD Subsidiary is required to hold any certain amount of cash or cash equivalents either as of the date of this Agreement or as of the Closing Date, but nothing in this Section 4.24 shall relieve the Company of its obligations under Section 6.2 of this Agreement.
Cash Holdings. The General Partner shall be entitled to hold Cash Available for Distribution in cash or short term investments for treasury and cash management and fees and expenses, including without limitation, any fees or expenses for which the General Partner is entitled to be reimbursed.
