Cash Management Services. Funds received by Transfer Agent in the course of performing its services hereunder will be held in demand deposit bank accounts or money market fund accounts in the name of Transfer Agent (or its nominee) as agent for the Funds.
Cash Management Services. Funds received by Private Trust in the course of performing its services hereunder will be held in demand deposit bank accounts or money market fund accounts in the name of Private Trust (or its nominee) as agent for the Funds. Private Trust shall be entitled to retain any interest, dividends, balance credits or fee reductions or other concessions or benefits earned or generated by or associated with such accounts or made available by the institution with which such accounts are maintained.
Cash Management Services services relating to operating, collections, payroll, trust, or other depository or disbursement accounts, including automated clearinghouse, e-payable, electronic funds transfer, wire transfer, controlled disbursement, overdraft, depository, information reporting, lockbox and stop payment services. CERCLA: the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (42 U.S.C. § 9601 et seq.).
Cash Management Services. Borrower may use availability hereunder up to the Cash Management Sublimit for Lender’s cash management services, which may include merchant services, direct deposit of payroll, business credit card, and check cashing services identified in various cash management services agreements related to such services (the “Cash Management Services”). The entire Cash Management Sublimit will be treated as an Advance for purposes of determining availability under the Credit Limit and shall decrease, on a dollar-for-dollar basis, the amount available for other Advances. The Cash Management Services shall be subject to additional terms set forth in applicable cash management services agreements.

Cash Management Services. If Borrower subscribes to Bank's cash management services and such services are applicable to the Loan, the terms of such services, as set forth in the Services Agreement, shall control the manner in which funds are transferred between the Demand Deposit Account and the Loan for credit or debit to the Loan.
Cash Management Services. (a) Investor Services Group shall establish demand deposit accounts (DDA's) with a cash management provider to facilitate the receipt of purchase payments and the processing of other Shareholder-related transactions. Investor Services Group shall retain any excess balance credits earned with respect to the amounts in such DDA's ("Balance Credits") after such Balance Credits are first used to offset any banking service fees charged in connection with banking services provided on behalf of the Fund. Balance Credits will be calculated and applied toward the Fund's banking service charges regardless of the withdrawal of DDA balances described in Section (b) below.
Cash Management Services. Except as provided herein or otherwise agreed to in writing between the parties, the cash management services shall be provided by one or more third-party cash managers (the "Cash Manager"). During the term of this Agreement, the Transfer Agent will interface with the Cash Manager in all respects as are reasonably necessary for the provision of such cash management services to the Fund.

With respect to Funds maintained in fixed income investment accounts, the Transfer Agent shall retain any interest generated or earned. With respect to funds maintained in bank accounts, the Transfer Agent shall retain any excess balance credits or excess benefits earned or generated by or associated with such bank accounts or made available by the institution at which such bank accounts are maintained after such balance credits or benefits are first applied towards banking service fees charged by such institution in connection with banking services provided on behalf of the Funds.
