Common use of Cash Management Services Sublimit Clause in Contracts

Cash Management Services Sublimit. Borrower may use an amount up to the Cash Management Sublimit for Bank’s cash management services which may include merchant services, FX Contracts, direct deposit of payroll, business credit card, and check cashing services identified in Bank’s various cash management services agreements (collectively, the “Cash Management Services”). Any amounts used by Borrower for Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line, will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances, and will reduce the amount otherwise available for Credit Extensions thereunder.

Cash Management Services Sublimit. Borrower may use an amount up to the amount of the Cash Management Services Sublimit for Bank’s cash management services which may include merchant services, FX Contracts, direct deposit of payroll, business credit cardcards, and check cashing services identified in Bank’s various cash management services agreements (collectively, the “Cash Management Services”). Any amounts used Bank pays on behalf of Borrower or any amounts that are not paid by Borrower for any Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line, Line and will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances, and will reduce the amount otherwise available for Credit Extensions thereunder.

Borrower may use an amount up to any amounts available under the Cash Management Sublimit Revolving Line for Bank’s cash management services which may include merchant services, FX Contracts, direct deposit of payroll, business credit card, and check cashing services identified in Bank’s various cash management services agreements (collectively, the “Cash Management Services”). Any amounts used by Bank pays on behalf of Borrower for any Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line, Line and will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances, and will reduce the amount otherwise available for Credit Extensions thereunder.

Such services which may include merchant services, FX Contracts, direct deposit of payroll, business credit card, clearing house services, control disbursement accounts and check cashing services identified in Bank’s various cash management services agreements related to such services (collectively, the “Cash Management Services”). Any amounts used by Borrower for Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line, will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances, and will reduce the amount otherwise available for Credit Extensions thereunder.

Any amounts used by Borrower for Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Revolving Line, will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances, and will reduce the amount otherwise available for Credit Extensions thereunder.

Any amounts used Bank pays on behalf of Borrower and any amounts that are not paid by Borrower for any Cash Management Services will be treated as Advances under the Committed Revolving Line, will accrue interest at the interest rate applicable to Advances, and will reduce the amount otherwise available for Credit Extensions thereunder.
