Casual Seniority. Casual Seniority shall be the seniority with which a Nurse was credited as an Employee as of April 1, 2015 in the Bargaining Unit plus hours worked on and after April 1, 2015. Subject to 11.02(d) Casual Seniority will be defined as the accrual of hours worked since the most recent date of hire into a casual position in the Bargaining Unit.
