Cataloguing. 4.1 The staff of the University will arrange and classify each collection as necessary and in due course will make a catalogue available. Copyright of the catalogue remains with the University
Cataloguing. 4.1 The material will be catalogued to recognised professional standards as part of the university’s programme of cataloguing all archives and special collections in its custody.

Cataloguing. 7.1 Bristol Archives shall determine the suitability for cataloguing of the Records in line with the prevailing Cataloguing Strategy and they will be entered into the prevailing Cataloguing Programme according to that assessment and catalogued in accordance with prevailing practice and available resources.
Cataloguing. 6.1 Cumbria Archives will catalogue Records, according to service priorities and as resources allow, by qualified archivists or individuals working under professional supervision.
Cataloguing. Records will be listed in due course and a copy of the list provided to the depositor. Details of the records deposited will be added to the Society's catalogue, and included on the public website. Details will also be supplied to other bodies as appropriate.

Cataloguing. All collections will be given a reference or added to a pre-existing collection reference. Where possible, records will be listed and indexed to professional standards as part of the Archive Service’s ongoing cataloguing programme. A copy of the list will be supplied to the depositor and to other bodies as considered appropriate e.g. National Register of Archives (Scotland) and The National Archives.
