Catastrophic Leave Committee. The Catastrophic Leave Committee shall administer the Catastrophic Leave Program. The Committee will be established on an annual basis at the conclusion of each school year for the following year and composed of two (2) representatives of the Turlock Teachers Association appointed by the President of the union, two (2) members appointed by the Superintendent or designee, and one (1) classified employee of the District Human Resources department.
