Categories I and II. 1. The Board shall fund only that additional training started by teachers subsequent to their working under the Agreement. 2. Reimbursement for additional training completed after September 15 shall be made by the end of the semester following the completion of the work. 3. The maximum annual contract year additional training reimbursement made to any teacher shall be five hundred dollars ($500.00). Rates are as follows: up to two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) per credit hour.
