Cell Phone Allowance Sample Clauses

Cell Phone Allowance. The City shall provide the Employee with an eighty-five dollar ($85.00) monthly cell phone allowance to cover the costs of using a mobile phone, based on the number of minutes projected to be needed for city-related work.

Cell Phone Allowance. At the option of the employee and with appointing authority approval, employees may opt to receive a monthly cell phone allowance of seventy dollars ($70.00) for use of a private owned cell phone to conduct County business.

Cell Phone Allowance. During the Term of this Agreement, Employer shall provide Employee with a monthly cell phone allowance of $100.00, subject to applicable taxes and withholdings, paid through the normal payroll practices of Employer.

Employees receiving this allowance shall keep the phone in service at all assigned times and shall maintain the phone in proper working order at the employee's expense. No employee will be allowed the Cell Phone Allowance if they also maintain a City provided Cell Phone. City has no financial responsibility for lost or damaged cell phones.

Cell Phone Allowance. Executive shall be entitled to a cell phone allowance in the amount of One Hundred, Twenty-five Dollars ($125.00) per month.

Cell Phone Allowance. All Employees required to carry and respond to phone calls, text messages or emails on behalf of the Employer shall be compensated at the rate of eighty-five dollars ($85.00) per month.
