Cellular Phone Reimbursement. The district may pay one-half the district basic coverage rate, up to $25.00 per month, of approved cell phone supplier of one day custodian per building and one night custodian per building or until a communication system is modified by mutual agreement of the parties. Effective July 1, 2004.
