Centralized or Coordinated Assessment. The Subrecipient shall work with the Continuum of Care to ensure the screening, assessment and referral of program participants are consistent with the written standards required by the City. A victim service provider may choose not to use the Continuum of Care’s centralized or coordinated assessment system as set forth at 24 CFR § 576.400(d).
